Cover during work or in free time; this is the most comprehensive cover available. The cover will enable you to carry out any activity without the worry of any unexpected costs an accident would incur. 

This cover has a reduced price and covers you only while you at work.

This makes sense if you work involves a lot of traveling and some element of risk, such as working in Real Estate which requires many hours behind the wheel of the car. Of course it would be adviseable to include cover when not working but if you live a relaxed lifestyle and do not do anything which you think of as a risk then cover only while working is probably the best option. 

This is cover which excludes cover at work. It only covers you while out of work. It is excellent if your job has no risk. For example if you work behind a desk all day, but on week nights and weekends you like to do sports, then this is the ideal option. The main benefit of limiting the timeframe of when cover is applied is it brings down the cost of the insurance policy.

Age– The older you are the more expensive a plan will be.

Type of work– If you are in a high risk job such as a builder then the cost will be higher than say an office worker.

Excess– If you have an excess of days before a payment is paid (this will apply to the daily compensation aspect of plan).

The cover is suitable for anyone, no matter your level of income.
